A mixed bag of tales for young and old
W bring a lively performance style to my storytelling shows, often using impressive themed props and costumes.

I'm happy to do indoor or outdoor performances - I can even bring a wonderful saxon tent and fur rugs as a backdrop and shelter.

I always try to add humour, wit and energy to my tales, making them accessible to youngsters but also very entertaining for adults.

During performance I never read the stories... they are told straight from my wordhoard.

Storytelling Shows - a flexible thing!

Storytelling shows (except "The Cattle Raid of Cooley") tend to be a selection of tales, so the length of such performances can be tailored to your event.  For example, at some historical events, I have told 3x30 minute sets of stories at different times of the day, rather than one 90 minute show.

Story themes can be mixed and matched at no extra cost - if, for example, you wanted some tales of Finn MacCool along with some Viking tales, it can be easily done.

I can also mix some Walkabout Character Performance or Puppetry with storytelling to add even more variety to your event.
